MEET YOUR COACH

For most of my life, I didn’t realise I was living with anxiety - until 2018, when I was finally diagnosed with anxiety and depression. Looking back, I can see that I’d been struggling with high-functioning anxiety for years. I just thought it was normal to feel that exhausted, that on edge, that afraid all the time.

I tried everything, four types of therapy, a full lifestyle overhaul, and forcing myself out of my comfort zone over and over. But no matter how much I changed, I still couldn’t leave the house without a meltdown, each time feeling worse than before.

Then, without really knowing why, I followed a pull to Reiki. I signed up for my Level 1 attunement not expecting much, but it changed everything.

It was like I finally dropped years of baggage I didn’t even realise I’d been carrying. I felt free for the first time in my life. From there, I went on to complete my Level 2 and Master training, and I’ve never looked back.

Since then I quit up my career in the Royal Navy after 10 years, trained as a NLP practitioner, completed my Higher Education diploma in psychology & qualified as Coach.

I decided I would dedicate my full time to helping people stuck like I was. Thus BREATHE was created.

You’ll learn a wide range of healing tools, but the real magic is the 1:1 calls personalising it to WHAT YOU NEED in that moment. What works for one person won’t work for another and I help you figure out what’s right for your energy, your mind, and your life.

The 1:1 support every two weeks, is so we can check in, clear blocks, and go deeper just the two of us.

FAQs

I have never had reiki before does this matter?

Not at all. You’ll be fully guided from the very beginning. We start with the basics: what Reiki is, how it works, and how to safely use it on yourself. By the end of the course, you’ll be attuned and confident in your own self-healing practice.

I’m not that spiritual… will this still help me

Absolutely. You don’t need to be into crystals or astrology to benefit from Reiki and shadow work. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to be curious about your inner world. BREATHE is grounded, trauma-aware, and entirely judgment-free.

I’m really busy, what if I fall behind?

BREATHE is designed for real life. You’ll get one new module a week, and the teachings are short, powerful, and easy to revisit. You’ll also have access to daily support in our Telegram group, weekly live calls, and fortnightly 1:1 check-ins - so you’re never alone, even if life gets in the way.

I’ve already tried so many things. What if this doesn’t work for me either
