This program guides you in using Level 1 Reiki self-healing, combined with practical spiritual tools like shadow work, energy cleansing, letting go of limiting beliefs and finding a toolkit you can work with all tailored for the realities of motherhood and a busy schedule. Including core teaching and live group session for guidance, integration, plus daily connection in a private Telegram group so you never feel alone in this process.

The Modules

  • In this module, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, including its history, core principles, and the ethical framework that guides its practice. You’ll discover how Reiki supports mental, emotional, and physical balance, and why it’s such a powerful tool for managing anxiety and stress. By the end of this section, you’ll understand how to approach Reiki with confidence and setting the stage for your self-healing journey.

  • In this module, you’ll learn how anxiety shows up in your energy system and how it can sometimes come from sources outside of you, like generational patterns or “energy vampires.”

    You’ll discover tools to gently release what isn’t yours, returning it with love, and begin to identify recurring patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and body tension. By the end of this section, you’ll have practical strategies to recognise, manage, and energetically shift anxiety, helping you feel more grounded, calm, and in control.

  • This is the heart of the program.

    Over 21 days, you’ll commit to daily practices designed to reset your mind, body, and energy. Each day includes self-Reiki, journaling, and gratitude practices, alongside simple lifestyle shifts like staying hydrated and reducing or eliminating alcohol and caffeine. These daily rituals are designed to clear energetic blockages, release lingering anxiety, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and clarity.

    By the end of the cleanse, you’ll feel lighter, more centered, and equipped with tools to maintain this newfound balance in your everyday life.

  • In this transformative module, you’ll receive your Reiki activation, officially connecting you to the healing energy for self-practice. You’ll also learn what to expect during a healing crisis and the essential self-care practices afterward, ensuring you navigate shifts in your energy safely and effectively. By the end of this session, you’ll feel empowered, aligned, and ready to fully integrate Reiki into your daily life.

  • In this module, you’ll learn to tune into subtle shifts in your energy, emotions, and mindset so you can catch anxiety before it escalates. You’ll practice tracking your growth, celebrating breakthroughs, and identifying remaining challenges, giving you a clear roadmap of your progress. By the end of this section, you’ll have the tools to stay aware, proactive, and empowered in managing your anxiety long-term.

  • In this module, you’ll create a personalised toolkit of strategies to manage anxiety in the moment.

    You’ll explore grounding techniques, breathing exercises, gratitude practices, positive affirmations, and sensory methods, learning what works best for you! and when certain tools aren’t safe to use.

    You’ll also learn how to use Reiki on the go, call in support from other entities such as Source, God, Angels, or the Universe, and practice meditation independently without relying on guided sessions.

    By the end of this section, you’ll have a practical, intuitive system for navigating anxiety anytime, anywhere.

MEET YOUR COACH

For most of my life, I did not realize I was living with anxiety until 2018 when I was officially diagnosed with anxiety and depression. Looking back, I can see that I had been struggling with high-functioning anxiety for years and I thought it was normal to feel constantly exhausted, on edge, and afraid.

I tried everything, including four types of therapy, a complete lifestyle overhaul, and repeatedly pushing myself out of my comfort zone, but no matter what I did, I still experienced meltdowns that left me feeling worse than before.

Then, almost by chance, I followed a pull to Reiki and signed up for my Level 1 attunement without expecting much. It completely changed my life and I finally felt like I had dropped years of invisible baggage and experienced freedom for the first time. From there, I completed Level 2 and Master Reiki training and I have never looked back.

Since then, I left a 10-year career in the Royal Navy, trained as an NLP practitioner, completed a Higher Education diploma in psychology, and became a qualified coach. I am also a mother to two children under five and I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing a busy life while navigating anxiety. I decided to dedicate my life to helping people who feel stuck the way I once did and that is how BREATHE was created.

FAQs

I have never had reiki before does this matter?

Not at all. You’ll be fully guided from the very beginning. We start with the basics: what Reiki is, how it works, and how to safely use it on yourself. By the end of the course, you’ll be attuned and confident in your own self-healing practice.

I’m not that spiritual… will this still help me

Absolutely. You don’t need to be into crystals or astrology to benefit from Reiki and shadow work. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to be curious about your inner world. BREATHE is grounded, trauma-aware, and entirely judgment-free.

I’m really busy, what if I fall behind?

BREATHE is designed for real life. You’ll get one new module a week, and the teachings are short, powerful, and easy to revisit. You’ll also have access to daily support in our Telegram group so you’re never alone, even if life gets in the way.

I’ve already tried so many things. What if this doesn’t work for me either
